Order Dispatch

Orders placed by 16:00 on 20 December 2024 will be dispatched before the closure. We’ll strive to deliver these orders by Christmas, depending on your location.

If you are using a Pick Up Point, kindly confirm your Pick Up Point choice in your email so we can dispatch your order in time.

Orders can still be placed during the closure period and will be processed from 6 January 2025.

Returns

Return requests logged by 16:00 on 12 December 2024 will be processed this year.

To ensure your return reaches us in time, please drop it off at a Pargo pick-up point by the end of 13 December 2024.

Returns logged after 16:00 on 12 December 2024 or not dropped off by end of 13 December 2024 will be processed from 6 January 2025.
